SMS messaging program

HUMAN CAPITAL FOR THE WORLD INC operates an optional SMS (text message) program for employers and candidates who choose to receive messages from us. The program includes two separate categories of messages, each requiring its own consent. Opting in to one category does not opt you in to the other.

Customer-care and notification messages

Customer-care messages may include inquiry responses, interview scheduling, reminders, and application or service updates. These messages relate to the processes we are coordinating on your behalf and are sent only to users who consent to receive customer-care text messages.

Marketing and promotional messages

Marketing messages may include human resources webinar invitations, recruiting service announcements, promotional offers, and company updates. Marketing messages are sent only to users who separately consent to marketing SMS. Consent to customer-care messages does not constitute consent to marketing messages.

Opt-in procedure

You opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our Contact & SMS Consent form and providing your mobile number. The website consent form is our verifiable opt-in method. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service and is not a condition of being considered for any role. You must be the account holder of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you submit, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Opt-out and help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. HUMAN CAPITAL FOR THE WORLD INC does not charge for the SMS program itself.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the capabilities and coverage of your mobile carrier, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will be delivered or delivered on time.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent records collected for the SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.

No guarantee of outcomes

Messages sent through this program do not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, hiring outcomes, compensation, or candidate availability.

Compliance with applicable laws

Our SMS program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable law and industry standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles and best practices, and applicable Florida law. We honor all opt-out requests promptly and maintain records of consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
